The Nutritional Benefits of Honey, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Turmeric, and Warm Milk!

Its beginning of summer months in SA so this will be actually a few moths behind or this will be for the next winter months in the future. Either way its almost looking at your cup half empty or half full. Anyways, lately I have been feeling run down and very stressed. My normal routine hasn’t been helping much but I try it anyways. As I’m starting my day I decided let me make the concoction that ill normally do before bed in the winter months. I know it keeps me warm and it makes you sleep well that not even the iciest of nights can awaken you.
Okay so here I am taking this mixture early morning due to (like I said I’ve been feeling stressed, depressed and just in a negative mind space) in this fight or flight mode that cannot switch off.
Fast forward a few hours ahead after having the concoction and I am feeling relaxed, my mind fog is gone and my body feels like a cooked noodle. Needless to say I feel great, besides this sleepy feeling I feel relaxed and just mentally in a better space.
Just a side note, make sure when you have this at work that you will be okay with nobody or nothing will be able to anger you.
So lets dive into what’s in this concoction and what the benefits are:

Honey is more than just a natural sweetener; it’s packed with nutrients and healing properties.
Rich in Antioxidants: Honey contains antioxidants that help combat oxidative stress, reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and cancer.
